NDIS

We support accessing NDIS funding for self-funded or plan-managed individuals.

You have two options:

1.   Pay first, then claim from NDIS (faster delivery): Once you have paid you will be issued a full Tax Invoice that you can then use to claim potential funding. Please indicate you require the Tax Invoice for NDIS purposes by popping a quick email with your order number through to us at: hello@lilibob.com.au

Please note this funding approval is solely at the discretion of the NDIS. lilibob is not responsible for non-approved purchases and therefore the customer must be aware that they are responsible for the cost of purchase.

2.   Have NDIS pay the invoice directly: If you’d prefer to receive the invoice first for forwarding to your plan manager for payment, please email us at hello@lilibob.com.au with the details of what you’d like to order so we can put it aside - we’ll hold it for you for at least two weeks.

We’ll respond with the NDIS invoice you need to forward to your plan manager, or to request additional details for preparing your invoice.
