SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Orders:

A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our Australian fulfilment location. You can still order these products, and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to, the date specified on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery:

• Orders typically ship within 3 business days.
• Delivery within Australia usually takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Express shipping usually takes 1 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $100.
• We primarily use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.

Important Notes:

• Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and is shown on the product page.
• During sales and peak periods, please expect extended dispatch times.

Covered Protection:

Covered protection guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If you decline covered protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders. You can upgrade to covered shipping at checkout.
