Refund policy

We want you to feel confident choosing lilibob®.

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If lilibob isn’t the right fit for your child, you may return your item within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible:

• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery;
• Item must be returned to us;
• Item may be opened and lightly used; and
• Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

• The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is limited to one refund per product type per customer and applies to one unit per product type;
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing with lilibob; and
• Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected, and approved at our discretion.

If you change your mind before using the product:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition; and
• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

If a bundle item is returned:

• Bundle pricing no longer applies;
• Items kept will revert to their individual price; and
• Refund will reflect the adjusted total.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the outcome;
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days; and
• Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
