SHIPPING POLICY
Pre-Orders:
A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our Australian fulfilment location. You can still order these products, and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to, the date specified on the product page.
Shipping and Delivery:
- Orders typically ship within 3 business days.
- Delivery within Australia usually takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Express shipping usually takes 1 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $100.
- We primarily use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.
Important Notes:
- Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and is shown on the product page.
- During sales and peak periods, please expect extended dispatch times.
Covered Protection:
Covered protection guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If you decline covered protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders. You can upgrade to covered shipping at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
Given the personal use nature of our products, we generally do not offer returns unless the product is faulty. However, if you simply changed your mind before using the product, we offer free returns for 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. In those situations, to be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 14 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.
- You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes attached tags and stickers, boxes, ribbons and any specialty packaging.
*Please note: If you claim a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing is no longer valid. The items you keep will default to the current sale price and a refund will be given for the remaining amount.
**Please note: Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lilibob.com.au.
